Cancellation & Refund

We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our users. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the need to cancel or request a refund for event tickets. This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for cancellations and refunds on our platform.

Cancellation

User Cancellation: Users may cancel their ticket purchases within the specified cancellation window for each event. The cancellation window varies or there will be no cancellation available depending on the event organizer"s policy and is clearly displayed on the event page.

Refunds

User Refunds: Spotlyte doesn't set up refund policies for the Organizers. It is the responsibility of the Organizer to communicate its refund policy to User and to issue refunds in accordance with in addition to that. Consequently, User claims for refunds should be handled to the individual Organizer and never to the Company. Any refund-related difficulties or disputes shall be solely between the User and the Organizer; the Company shall not be liable for any refund-related claims in connection with event Services; and the Organizer hereby undertakes to indemnify, defend, and keep the Company harmless in connection with the same.

1.Ticket Refund Requests raised by the customers/end users will be considered only upon the organizer"s confirmation
2.Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request.
3.Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.
4.Convenience fees and any additional service charges are not refundable.

Cancelled/Postponed Events

1.In case event is cancelled or postponed by the Organizer for any reasons, the Company will attempt to refund the amount as per the policy of the organizer.
